Bickerstaffe CE School & Nursery Vision, values and Mission
Rooted in God’s love, all our children are given the tools to love, serve and grow.
Through the high quality teaching, each child is supported, in order, to live life in all its fullness.
Our school vision is rooted in the Bible story The Vine and the Branches. Guided by this story and the Holy Trinity, our vision and values are centred on Love, Serve, Grow:

Love – God the Father (Heart): We encourage children to love others as Jesus taught.

Serve – God the Son (Praying Hands): We inspire children to serve our community with compassion and kindness.

Grow – God the Holy Spirit (Oak Tree): We nurture children to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
Our school badge represents the Holy Trinity, reflecting these values in everything we do. Through this vision, we aim to help children live life in all its fullness.
